It is used in packing chemical and pharmaceutical powders and to maintain the proper flow of material in hopper shapes like a cone. The main body of the vibrator carries the coils which are passed with pulsating current that ignites vibration. Herein, the amount of vibration can be controlled with by the input voltage located in the control panel. These Vibrators are easy to install and require minimum maintenance.

Applications

• Consists of cylindrical and rectangular bin to allow center discharge

Features

• All the vibrators designed by us can be operated on 230 Volts. A. C. single phase system

• Capacity and design of the hopper determine the amount of vibration that is to be used

• Each of the vibrators available with us has a control cabinet that converts A. C. to pulsating D. C. apart from the model SDV-1.

• High voltage vibrators can also be manufactured by us on the request of the customers

• Model of the vibrator depends upon the wall thickness of the hopper.

• One or more vibrators can be installed on one hopper but they should be connected on the same phase.

• Vibrators are available in the power ratings ranging from 25 Watts to 500 Watts.
