We are engaged in manufacturing Coolant Magnetic Separators that are designed and developed to efficiently clean the coolant liquid from thin textured particles that cannot be removed by the conventional filters. Our Coolant Separators are ideal for grinding application as it assures uninterrupted flow of pure coolant liquid. Use of high grade components and premium surface finish makes the magnetic separator efficient and durable. Also, the Coolant Magnetic Separators minimize the contamination of the liquid that enhance the life of the machinery. Furthermore, the coolant liquid can also be used for a longer period of time which reduces the operational cost thereby making the entire grinding process cost-effective.

Functioning of rotation occurs due to the low speed geared motor which operates on 440 volts 3 phase A.C. The drum design of the Coolant Magnetic Separator is augmented by the magnetic drum that surround that creates the magnetic polarity for perfect filtration.

Functioning

Coolant Magnetic Separator consist an inlet that collects the course sediments removed through the grinding machine through the filter. Herein, the permanent magnet fixed on the coolant drum rotate at a slow speed and that too in a opposite direction of the flow of the liquid due to thin and fine particles of iron get attracted to the strong poles of the drum magnet. Furthermore, the ferrous particles are scraped from the magnetic poles through a brass scraper fixed at the other end of the machine. Consequently, iron impurities accumulate in the box attached with the machine.
