Operation

We offer Bin Activator that contains discharge zone in a conical shape, which is fixed to storage silo, also known as hopper by using a robust set of steel hangers. Herein, a special versatile rubber sleeve is used to seal the gap between the discharge zone and hopper. Further, with the help of the Unbalance Vibrator motor which is externally fixed at one side, material is made to flow through an opening located at the discharge point.

Applications

Our premium grade Bin Activator successfully meet the industrial application requirements for products such as sulphur as well as its compounds, ores titanium dioxide, salt, wood chips, sticky materials, fine mica powder and other minerals.

• Silos are available from the range from 600mm dia. to 3000 mm dia.

• Construction material: M.S., S.S.-304, S.S. -316 or abrasion resistant steel.
